The entire building is non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). No smoking area is available. The streets around the building are designated as a no-smoking zone by Takayama City ordinance.

If smoking is detected indoors, a special cleaning fee of ¥30,000 will be charged.

Door Access (Important)!

The door to the guest rooms is locked. You can enter using the blue key fob attached to your room key or a passcode. Please check your booking confirmation message or ask at reception for the code.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Voices in the hallway carry into the guest rooms. Please be considerate of other guests.
The front desk closes at 10:00 PM. Please contact us before then if you need anything.
