Package Delivery Registration

Delivery fee: About ¥600 ~ ¥5,000, depending on the size, weight, and distance. Payment is cash at the front desk.

Shipping schedule

  • Registered before 3 pm: The next day is the earliest delivery date.
  • Registered after 3 pm: Two-day shipping.
  • To Airport: Must be sent at least two days before the flight to arrive on time. An additional fee will also apply.

Note

  • Arrival date & time can be delayed due to road or weather conditions.
  • Distanced places, such as Okinawa or Hokkaido, may take additional days.

3. Schedule

The package is delivered in one or two days. If you have a specific arrival date, please enter the date. Arrival may be delayed by weather or road conditions.

By submitting this form, you authorize Murasaki Group staff to hand over your packages to the courier on your behalf. You remain responsible for the shipping cost and any declared values.
